Ek -An-Tik is a word that is derived from the Hindu holy scripture-The Vachanamrut. Separated into three to give a meaning to each word. Ek in Sanskrit means One, an(d) Tik means a check mark. All together means ‘The One’. The brand brings a workwear inspired aesthetic in many forms (business man/woman/, plumbers, electricians, builders etc.). Each design focuses on over-sized silhouette to offer a zero-gender feel with extensive attention to detail. 

Fashion has always been rooted in the utilitarian, with workwear acting as an endless source of inspiration. With both heritage and blue collar already having had their heydays, it's time to look forward and envision what the uniforms and work clothes of tomorrow will look like. A mix of cyber neons and cool white/offwhite are implemented to enhance the updated silhouettes of the imagined future (wgsn,2018).
